Wake up to tranquil surroundings in the heart of nature, with the sound of the waves on one side and the best of conserved forest, olive groves and bird song  on the other. You’ll be surrounded by beauty everywhere you turn, with a serene, calm environment that allows you to relax down to your core. Let the stresses of life wash away as you take some me-time to explore this beautiful coastline.
 
We want you to feel at home so that you can make the most of everything Cosy Corner Accessible B&B has to offer, down to your bedding and décor. Just let us know what you like, and we’ll work with you to make sure you feel comfortable and happy.
 
We are always here to support you throughout the duration of your stay, and we offer assistance as you need it. We are here to empower and encourage you to be independent and autonomous during your stay and make sure you are comfortable at all times.
 
Cosy Corner Accessible Bed and Breakfast offers respite care and is available for short term stays for individuals living with a mobility disability who want to get out there and take on a new adventure. Our typical short terms stays range from a minimum of 3 nights up to 7 nights, or even longer depending on your travel plans.

Our two suites are interconnected, and they can be booked separately  if you are bringing a friend, family member or carer, or you can book a single suite if you’re bringing a life partner.

The Studio

 

The Studio is our larger room with a fully integrated accessible kitchen. It features roll under bench tops, a 70cm high sink, accessible fridge & other appliances, lots of storage plus all the pantry essentials you could need!

Move into the living room and you will find a lift chair, couch and dining area so that you have everything you need to feel at home.

We also have a selection of pillows and blanket options for you to choose from to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. Our blanket options include electric, waffle weave, woollen or a doona.

The Studio sleeps up to 2 people with a queen bed and has it's own accessible bathroom with heat lamps and a heated towel rack.

The Suite

 

The Suite is our smaller but mighty room with dressing and storage space, a small breakfast table and it's own kitchenette with a sink, fridge, microwave oven, toaster, jug, utensils, crockery, glasses and cutlery.

We also have a selection of pillows and blanket options for you to choose from to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. Our blanket options include electric, waffle weave, woollen or a doona.

 

The Suite sleeps up to 2 people with a queen bed and has it's own accessible bathroom with heat lamps and a heated towel rack.

Situated on the coast 25kms from Albany and 25kms from Denmark in a tourism complex of thirty six well spaced properties, we’re located in the heart of holiday land.

 

Whether you feel like exploring the local bushland, bird watching, maybe a scenic road trip to take in the breathtaking views, or perhaps you want to kick up your heels and enjoy a glass of delicious wine at one of the local wineries or breweries?

 

The options are extraordinary and world class, and you will never run out of things to see and do.

We offer a delightful, relaxing atmosphere.

 

We aren’t like any other accommodation in the Great Southern.   We pride ourselves on offering a comfortable, stylish, homely space that you can call your own.

A word about NDIS Respite Care

 

Respite care is designed to give both NDIS participants and their informal support a well-earned break. By staying in our short-term accommodation, you’ll treated to an exhilarating change of scenery and a break from routine.  You may bring your own supports, or family members,  or we can arrange support for you.

Speak to your support coordinator who can advise on short term funding available in your plan.

 

Albany has excellent health care services with the Albany Health Campus providing emergency for NDIS participants.

Two Mobility Equipment Hire providers operate in Albany. Both are registered with NDIS and can the deliver specific equipment ordered by you prior to your stay.
